Straight answers about what tracking can and can't do.
Do you read my emails?+
Never. Hot/Warm/Cold scores and follow-up tips are calculated from open and click times only (for example, opened Friday at 11 AM). Nothing is sent to any AI or third party, and we never write or send emails for you.
How is Track My Mails different from Mailsuite (Mailtrack)?+
Many trackers charge per Gmail account and add a promo signature to free emails. Track My Mails covers every Gmail in your browser on one plan, never adds a signature or watermark, and offers a one-time Lifetime option.
Does the recipient see anything?+
No. Your emails look completely clean and natural — no banners, watermarks or signatures. Links work exactly as before.
Why does an open sometimes not show?+
Some email apps and privacy settings limit what can be reported, so an open may occasionally not appear. Link clicks are still shown.
Are repeat opens counted?+
Yes. Each time your recipient re-opens your email, your dashboard and ticks update so you can see ongoing interest.
Will I get notified when my computer is off?+
Yes — email alerts for the first open and first click arrive on every plan, wherever you read Gmail. Pro and Lifetime also get push notifications on your phone or desktop, even when the site is closed.

Can I see where my email was opened?+
You can see the device type, and for link clicks the country. Automated security checks are filtered out so your numbers stay realistic.
